These fridges, made at the Fisher & Paykel East Tamaki plant in Auckland, are being specifically tailored with strengthened shelves and adjusted airflow to ensure the milk is perfectly chilled for the children every day.
Daily Freight, part of the Mainfreight Group, is providing discounted freight rates for the transportation of milk and recycle bins throughout New Zealand. As part of this arrangement, Pacifica Shipping is providing discounted shipping to move containers of milk and recycle bins from Auckland to Christchurch.
SULO-Talbot is providing discounted recycling bins for use in all schools that participate in the programme. These bins, primarily made at SULO-Talbot’s East Tamaki plant in Auckland are made of up to 60 per cent recycled milk bottles.
Ebbett Waikato Ltd & Holden have provided discounted Holden Cruze vehicles for use by the School Liaison team while they visit every participating school as part of the onboarding process during the rollout.
